Effective date: September 8, 2026

This policy explains what information spafacialplastics.com collects when you visit the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

What this policy does not cover

Your medical record is handled separately. If you are a patient of Sagar Patel Aesthetics, the health information we hold about you — your chart, your clinical photographs, your treatment and billing records — is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and by California law, and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices rather than by this policy. You receive that notice at your first visit, it is posted in our office, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

The rest of this policy is about the website: the pages you browse, the forms you fill out, and the analytics and advertising tools that run here.

Information you give us

You can browse most of this site without telling us anything. You give us information when you choose to:

  • Submit a contact or consultation form. We ask for your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. You decide how much to put in that message.
  • Email or call us using the address or phone number listed on the site.
  • Book through our scheduling portal. The “Book a Virtual Consult” buttons take you off this website to Remedly, our electronic medical record and scheduling vendor. Anything you enter there is handled under our agreement with Remedly and under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not under this policy.

Please do not send us detailed medical information through the website contact form. It is a general-purpose web form, not a secure clinical channel. If we need clinical detail from you, we will tell you how to send it safely.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records technical information as you browse. That includes your IP address, your approximate location derived from it, your browser and device type, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, the site or search that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

When you submit a form, the form also records which page you submitted it from, the page title, and the page that referred you there, so we know where an inquiry came from.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We and the services listed below use them to keep the site working, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising.

ServiceWhat it does here
Google AnalyticsMeasures traffic and how visitors move through the site.
Google Tag ManagerLoads and manages the measurement tags on this site.
Google AdsMeasures whether an ad we ran led to a visit or an inquiry.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)Measures whether our social advertising led to a visit or an inquiry.

SiteGround and WordfenceHost the site and protect it from attacks. Both log IP addresses for security.

Some of these companies can recognize your browser across other websites over time and use that to show you advertising. That is what advertising and analytics cookies are for. We do not control what those companies do with the data they collect through their own tools, and we do not receive your name from them.

Your choices about tracking

  • Your browser can block or delete cookies. Look under settings for privacy or site data. Blocking cookies may break parts of the site.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can adjust Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com and Meta advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for what a website must do in response, and this site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. The controls listed just above are the ones that work.

How we use this information

  • To answer your question, return your call, and schedule a consultation.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To understand which pages and which advertising bring people to the practice.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share website information only with companies that perform work for us, and only for that work:

  • Our website host and security provider.
  • Our form, email delivery, analytics, and advertising providers, listed in the table above.
  • Google Workspace, where inquiries we receive are stored in a business account under our control.
  • Our scheduling and medical record vendor, when you choose to book with us.
  • Professional advisors, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.

How long we keep it

We keep website inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond to you and to keep a record of the inquiry. If your inquiry leads to becoming a patient, the information becomes part of your patient record and is kept for the period medical records law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of the analytics service.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, is protected by a security service, and is kept up to date. No website can promise perfect security, and no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely safe. That is why we ask you not to send clinical detail through the contact form.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

California residents

This site collects the categories of information described above from California residents, shares them with the categories of service providers described above, and permits the third-party services listed above to collect information about your browsing across other sites over time.

To review, correct, or ask us to delete the information you have submitted through this website, email frontdesk@spafacialplastics.com or call 424-394-0959 and tell us what you sent and when. We will respond within a reasonable time. Rights concerning your medical record are separate, broader, and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes.

Links to other sites

This site links to our scheduling portal and to our profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page for a reasonable period. Please check back from time to time.
